Rob meant that any images uploaded to Facebook are giving them ownership rights. An issue many marketers are not happy with of course (and also people using for personal use too.)
How do I feel? I am not happy either. I feel too many of the big social media platforms know too much about everyone and want to own too much information on and about everyone.
