Website Management Services – Monthly or Yearly Options
Website Designs Australia also provide website management and other web services. The websites we build can certainly be maintained by you, which is one of the great benefits of WordPress and CMS platforms in general. You do not need a web designer to make every addition or alteration for you and I provide many WordPress tutorials, however if you prefer we can assist you with many different maintenance and management options.
I provide ongoing monthly maintenance and support. My monthly management fees cover various services, however some requests may take more time than I allocate to each website per month.
Evergreen Pricing
If you sign up for my monthly management package you are locking in that monthly price for as long as you continue. If I increase my prices existing contracts will not be affected.
My monthly $75 management fee covers time to perform important WordPress updates and monitor your site for any broken links or performance issues. This includes security monitoring and speed performance.
Website Management Pricing
- As stated, prices start from a low $75 per month for basic website management, or discounts apply for a pre-paid annual contract.
- For example if paid yearly, we provide 2 months free, so the cost will be $750, a saving of $150.
- You can contact me for details regarding your own personal or business requirements.
- We can also manage your site on an hourly ‘per-service’ rate. Please contact me for quotes.
- At present my minimum charge for any service is $55 and my hourly rate is $75.
- If you require continual assistance, please contact me for a customized quote and details of technical service required.
For example:
- Calendar scheduling or updates to important events.
- Inserting YouTube video or image.
- Posting written content you have prepared into a post or page.
- Provide links for your site visitors to download reports or other PDF documents.
- Phone or email assistance – for example, help with your advertising, site promotions, social media questions etc.
For a small monthly fee we can take away the hassle and worry of your ongoing website management and maintenance.
Monthly Support or Coaching
I also offer one-on-one support and coaching. In any business it can be helpful having a coach. I can help you with problems you may be facing, whether it be working out who your ideal client is or ways to create passive income. You may also require advice on advertising and marketing strategies, content creation and social media strategies etc.

- If you don’t need ongoing management but have a technical problem, please contact us. We are skilled in many areas including hosting server issues, computer glitches, email client problems and more.
- As far as possible we aim to be your one stop solution. If we can’t fix it for you, we will say so. We will also point you in the right direction to solve your problem. Any service we provide will save you a load of time and money in the long run.
