Graphics Make Your Site or Banners Stand Out
The first thing that usually catches our eye with anything, not just with web design, is the graphics. Sure, there are exceptions to the rule, but nine times out of ten, an image tells the story or sets a theme. That can also be said with your website and banner images. Ask any photographer the importance of foregrounds and backgrounds of any picture or canvas.
Therefore it makes perfect sense to have a background image that says what your site is about. For example red backgrounds often appear on dating sites…red equals sex…so it tells us a story of love.
Green backgrounds remind us of money or finance, blue are regarded as clam or trusting, yellow are bright and uplifting, black is often used for gamers or photographers…pink for the girls, blue for the boys, you get what I mean
